In 2019, waste management operators operating within the scope of specific waste streams, such as end-of-life vehicles and battery waste, had to meet minimum quality requirements set by the Portuguese Environmental Agency.
To help VALORCAR NETWORK centers ensure compliance with these requirements, VALORCAR organized, in collaboration with Eng. Paula Costa from Borrego Engenharia, four debriefing sessions - two in Lisbon and two in Oporto - attended by 79 people. In addition to the requirements analysis, these sessions also presented (and later made available to the centers) a computer supporting and recording tool.
