VALORCAR took part in a training course for guards of the Nature and Environment Protection Service (SEPNA) of the National Republican Guard, organized by this entity and the Portuguese Environment Agency.
Two training actions were carried out at Escola da Guarda in February and April 2022, in which 77 trainees participated.
Several topics related to the management of end-of-life vehicles and battery waste were addressed in these actions, such as: documentation associated with scrapping, ELV depollution and dismantling operations, necessary equipment, recovery and recycling destinations and main irregularities identified in the management of these wastes.
